I just wanted to say Thank You so much for making this patch. It was so difficult to patch my 7 year old with the adhesive type of patch. I felt awful trying to get it off of his eye using baby oil every time. He dreaded his patch time. Our Doctor told us about framehuggers and we bought one and it was SO much easier after that. Our son was still not happy about patching but he was able to tolerate it much better using the framehugger. You have saved a lot of children from those dreaded adhesive patches.

I dont know how to thank you enough for Emilys hugger. We all think its brilliant. Baby brother trying to keep her supervised with the adhesive patches was just not easy. She was allergic to the first ones we were given and the sensitive ones where just as bad. Shes a very active child and doesnt even like bobbles in her hair but she will happily leave her hugger on as its so soft on her skin. I will contiune to spread the word for you. We received our Framehuggers patches yesterday. He LOVES it!  In fact as soon as I showed it to him he wanted me to put it on even though he’s only required to patch 5 hours a day and he was done for the day.  He insisted on wearing it the rest of the day.

We didn't find out until he was 11 that there was problem with his eye, and although he still gets away with not wearing his glasses at night and on weekends (because we're not used to seeing him with glasses and don't realize until later on in the day that he's not wearing them), we're absolutely convinced that without your patch, it would have been like pulling teeth to get him to wear any other type of patch. Finding Framehuggers has been such a blessing. My 4 year old son has to wear his patch 8 hours a day/5 days a week. The patch is soft and comfortable. I was extremely worried about the kids teasing him at his pre-k school, considering he would be the only child with glasses. I was sure that adding a patch would only make things worse. As it turns out, the kids think he is so cool with his glasses, and his patches with “Sponge Bob” and “Dash” were such a hit, that all the children wanted their own patches. CJ's doctor loved it. We started patching CJ at about 3 1/2 months old. She had cataract surgery and a lens implant at 8wks old. Once she started wearing the glasses at nine months old, the sticky patch just did not fit with the glasses. CJ is now 15months old and wears her framehuggers patch on her glasses and everyone is much happier. She has good days with it and some bad. We received our framehuggers today. So far, I think they will work just perfectly!! The adhesive occular patches just irritated my Connor's face and he would rub until his eye was red.
